The Delivery Performance Report displays the number and percentage of 'Late Shipments' in a board level presentation format. On-time delivery is one of the KPIs that most drives company performance.

Delivery Performance (DP) is a broadly used standard KPI measurement in supply chains to measure the fulfillment of a customers demand to the wish date (Customer Request Date).

Throughout the supply chain, on-time delivery is vital to the continuation of the manufacturing effort. Of all the factors that influence a customer's desire to remain loyal the greatest of all is, perhaps, consistent on-time delivery of their orders. 

However, today it is not enough to merely know you are on-time, it is also important to know just how much you are on-time.

The Delivery Performance Report shows the number of order lines (Stocked and Non-Stocked) that are 
shipped late. The data is presented in both Summary and Detailed format and grouped by Warehouse.

A summary page displays the On-Time Delivery Shipments.

The installation of this report requires a working knowledge of SYSPRO, SYSPRO SRS, SQL databases and ODBC data connections.
Requires DSN for either SQL or C-ISAM named 'SRS'
